As a Full-Stack, Backend engineer at Airtable, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to deeply understand their needs and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across product management, design, research and data science to create innovative new features that enable our customers to do their best work. You will be responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end implementation of these new features that will contribute to making our toolkit even more powerful and successful. We currently have openings on: The Monetization Team (Full-Stack/BE) is a high-impact team focused on driving user engagement and revenue across Airtable’s core surfaces, including sharing, pricing, and payments. Engineers on this team build polished, user-facing features, run experiments that shape product direction, and maintain the systems that power billing and purchasing. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data, leverage AI to personalize the user journey, and play a key role in helping users discover and unlock the full value of Airtable. The Platform Interoperability Team (Full-Stack/BE) builds the systems that allow agents, integrations, and connected workflows to interact with Airtable as a platform. As AI agents become a primary interface for how work gets done, we're ensuring Airtable is a first-class participant in that ecosystem. This team's mission is to make Airtable the most capable and well-connected platform in the agentic ecosystem.
