What you'll do Deliver technical components of post-sales services engagements, including integrations, competitor migrations, custom interfaces, and SSO/SCIM implementations Support complex AI deployments and leverage AI tools to accelerate project delivery Enable internal and partner teams on technical concepts, features, and best practices Collaborate with sales and solution architects in pre-sales conversations to secure technical wins with key accounts Drive customer business outcomes, balancing utilization, project delivery efficiency, and striving for strong CSAT results Work as part of project delivery teams and co-deliver with partner teams for enterprise customers Who you are Experienced in post-sales SaaS implementation or customer success, ideally with enterprise customers Skilled in web development (React), scripting (Python, JavaScript, etc.), and/or SSO/SCIM implementation Familiar with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) or eager to learn and apply new technologies Strong consultative and customer-facing skills, with a track record of delivering successful technical projects Demonstrated ability to learn new skills independently and a curiosity to explore emerging technologies Collaborative team player with experience in project delivery or partner co-delivery environments Airtable is an equal opportunity employer.
