We believe in high-ownership Product Managers who operate like business owners - owning an entire roadmap end to end, and shaping the product from strategy setting through the nitty gritty execution details. The Tax Platform team owns the core systems that determine how tax liabilities are calculated, tracked, paid, reconciled, and filed for more than 400,000 small businesses. These systems sit at the intersection of money movement, regulatory compliance, and customer trust. The Tax Platform provides shared capabilities used across Tax, Compliance, and R&D, shaping how tax data flows through the company and how other teams build safely on top of Gusto’s tax foundation.
