The People Systems team builds and maintains secure, scalable HR technology that supports employees across the company. The team partners closely with People Operations, Compensation, Payroll, Finance and Corporate Engineering to deliver reliable systems and improve how employees experience internal tools. The focus is on improving system performance, enabling new capabilities, and supporting company growth through thoughtful system design. This team plays a key role in supporting acquisitions and expanding global workforce operations! As a Staff Workday Engineer, you will design, configure, and improve Workday solutions across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. You will partner directly with People and business teams to translate requirements into system configurations, reports, and integrations. This role contributes to both ongoing system improvements and major initiatives such as acquisitions and new feature development. You will also support the evaluation and implementation of AI-based capabilities within HR systems to improve efficiency and decision-making.
