The Growth Engineering team builds the systems that drive new customer acquisition across SEO, paid marketing, and user incentives. We partner closely with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Marketing Technology to improve conversion and increase funded accounts. This newly formed team has significant opportunity to shape technical foundations and deliver measurable growth outcomes! As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the technical direction and execution strategy across multiple growth domains. You’ll partner with Product to define a focused roadmap, ensure high-quality delivery of scalable systems, and build a strong team culture centered on accountability and results. Your work will directly contribute to Robinhood’s long-term U.S. and international growth strategy. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
