The Equities Engineering team builds and operates the systems that power stock trading for millions of customers. The team focuses on order management, execution, market data, and reliability, ensuring trades are processed accurately and with low latency. You’ll work closely with product, data, and infrastructure partners to deliver systems that meet strict performance and regulatory requirements. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering and maintaining critical equities trading systems. You will set clear goals, guide technical direction, and support engineers in delivering reliable, scalable services. You will partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into execution plans, ensuring systems meet performance, accuracy, and compliance standards. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of the trading experience for customers! This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
