The Growth Engineering team focuses on expanding Robinhood’s customer base and increasing engagement by improving onboarding, activation, and retention experiences across our mobile platform. The team partners closely with product, data, and design to build features that help more people access financial tools and make informed decisions. You’ll contribute to experiments and product improvements that directly influence user growth and long-term customer value! As an iOS Engineer, you will design and build high-quality mobile features that support user acquisition and engagement goals. You’ll work on improving app performance, reliability, and usability while partnering with product managers and designers to deliver measurable improvements in key metrics such as conversion and retention. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
