The Strategies and Cortex team is focused on building personalized, automated investing experiences that help customers grow their wealth over time. Strategies enables investing on autopilot through advisory services, while Cortex powers intelligent insights across stocks, crypto, and portfolio experiences. The team delivers regulated financial guidance through scalable systems, including tax optimization, portfolio insights, and in-app dashboards that help customers make informed decisions! As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team responsible for building and scaling these customer-facing investing products. You will work closely with product and design partners to define requirements, deliver new features, and improve core systems that support personalized financial advice. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team development, enabling you to guide architecture decisions, support engineers in their growth, and deliver new product capabilities from early concept through launch. You will play a key role in shaping both product direction and engineering practices across a rapidly evolving space! This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
