The Capacity & Efficiency Engineering team sits within Core Engineering and is responsible for building software that governs, attributes, forecasts, and reduces Robinhood鈥檚 AWS cloud spend. The team operates at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, data engineering, performance engineering and FinOps, with direct ownership over company-level cost metrics and consistent executive visibility. Their work ensures cloud resources are used efficiently, costs are attributable to the right owners, and inefficiencies are detected and addressed early! As the Engineering Manager, Capacity and Efficiency Engineering , you will lead a team of engineers and partner closely with Data Science, Technical Program Management, Infrastructure, and Product teams. You鈥檒l guide technical direction across capacity governance and efficiency initiatives, balance accountability with empathetic people leadership, and ensure your team delivers software that measurably reduces cloud waste while improving cost transparency across the organization. This role is based in our Bellevue, WA office, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
