The Business Systems Engineer possesses both business and technical acumen. This engineering role provides support for Lyft鈥檚 Corporate systems, managing their daily performance and incidents, implementing effective monitoring and alerting tools, creating automated workflows, building customer solutions, developing software, configuring applications, providing end user training and protecting all system related information assets. To effectively support our business stakeholders, candidates for this role must be proactive, detail oriented, highly subject oriented, analytical, service focussed and possess the ability to execute the following skills. Your Key Responsibilities: Serve as a skilled Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) Techno-Functional professional, acting as a strategic bridge between business and technical teams to support and continuously enhance ERP Financials, O2C lifecycle, and Manufacturing modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or Oracle R12. Apply functional expertise alongside hands-on technical knowledge in integrations, reporting, and issue resolution, delivering results in a dynamic, client-facing environment. Support end-to-end O2C processes encompassing Customer & Account Setup, Order Management, Pricing & Discounts, Shipping & Fulfillment, Billing & Invoicing, Receivables & Cash Applications, Lockbox Functionality, and Collections & Adjustments. Bring a minimum of 4 years of hands-on implementation experience across a combination of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules, including Accounts Receivables, Plan to Manufacture, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, Cash Management, and Order to Cash. Experience in subscription and usage-based billing environments, with an understanding of integrations with CRM, billing, and tax platforms can be an added advantage. As a Business Systems Engineer, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into Oracle Cloud ERP and Boundary apps solution architecture that fits within the business objectives.Must be able to quickly engage in calls with the Business and stakeholders to provide immediate support during critical periods, such as the month-end close process or any other high-priority task.
