We are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games. The Senior Manager of the Solution Architect, Games team leads a team that is responsible for helping game developers successfully integrate Discord's suite of developer tools (including the Social SDK) into their games and optimize their overall Discord Community presence. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical expertise: you'll manage and develop a team of specialists while personally serving as the technical expert on our most complex integrations. This will start as a player-coach role ideal for someone with deep experience in game development, particularly multiplayer, who wants to build and lead a high-performing team while staying close to the technical work. This role is expected to evolve into a management-only role as the team scales.
