About the job This position is needed to lead, coach, and empower the North America Product Specialists team in shaping and executing Twilio’s go-to-market strategy. As a key member of the global leadership group, you will provide strategic direction and operational support for the largest team in the department. This is a high-impact, visible opportunity to mentor emerging leaders, drive product alignment across teams, and ensure strong leadership presence in the region during a pivotal growth phase at Twilio. Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Lead and develop a team of managers, fostering growth and high performance across North America Product Specialists. Mentor, support, and challenge managers to create and execute innovative solutions. Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to align on go-to-market strategy and product priorities. Represent North America Product Specialists in executive forums, acting as a key advisor to the global head. Ensure operational stability, trust, and continuity for front-line management during periods of growth and change.
